This is an outdoor transformer bushing insulator designed for use on oil-filled distribution or small power transformers operating in electrical systems with a nominal voltage up to 30kV or 33kV (maximum 36kV). It allows a conductor carrying up to 250A to pass safely through the grounded transformer tank wall while providing robust electrical insulation.

Construction
