DIN 1KV3150 Transformer Bushing Insulators
video
product description
DIN 1KV3150 Transformer Bushing Insulator is an electrical component that meets DIN Standard
Rated Voltage: 1KV
Rated Current: 3150A
Creepage Distance:Min75mm
The DT 1KV3150 is typically a robust insulator, commonly manufactured from electrical-grade porcelain. Porcelain is chosen for its excellent insulating properties, mechanical strength, and resistance to environmental factors like moisture and temperature variations.
The DT 1KV3150 is typically a robust insulator, commonly manufactured from electrical-grade porcelain. Porcelain is chosen for its excellent insulating properties, mechanical strength, and resistance to environmental factors like moisture and temperature variations.
The bushing assembly generally consists of:
1.A central conductor (stem or rod) that carries the electrical current.
2.The porcelain insulator body, which provides electrical insulation between the live conductor and the grounded transformer tank. The surface of the porcelain may feature sheds or corrugations to increase the creepage distance, which is the shortest path for electrical discharge along the insulator surface. This is crucial for preventing flashovers, especially in polluted or moist environments.
3.Flanges and gaskets for mounting the bushing onto the transformer tank, ensuring an oil-tight seal in the case of oil-filled transformers.
4.Terminals at each end of the conductor for connecting to the transformer winding internally and the external circuit externally.
